Constance J. Cooper is the author of Rockford Tower (1990), Curtis Paper Company (1991), To Market To Market (1992) and 350 Years of New Castle, Delaware (2001), all published by Cedar Tree Books.

Mrs. Cooper received her Ph.D. in history from the University of Delaware. Her dissertation focused on New Castle in the late 1700s and early 1800s. Currently.

Constance is Director of Library and Archives at the Historical Society of Delaware in Wilmington, Delaware.
