Stephanie M. Kelly

Stephanie M. Kelly was born and spent her childhood in Wilmington, Delaware. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in English, she worked in Paris, France, in Accounting, and then on Wall Street from 1994 through 2009, analyzing real estate investment trusts (“REITs”). She currently works at a publicly traded REIT in Columbia, Maryland. In between retiring from Wall Street and joining her current firm, she authored REIT Roadmap (2nd edition published in 2012 under her maiden name, Krewson).

Ms. Kelly met her husband, Matthew,at a Philadelphia Phillies baseball game in 2010 and their son, William, was born in 2012. She and William enjoy walks every weekend during which they have found hundreds of four-leaf clovers.
